Introduction
Taxosure Private Limited provides a simple process for users to request deletion of personal data associated with our website, professional services and connected platforms. This includes information received through Facebook, Instagram, Meta APIs, lead forms, website enquiries, WhatsApp or other connected services.
This page is publicly accessible and no Taxosure login is required to submit a request. A request may relate to all data we hold about you or only a particular service, account, lead or connection.
What Data May Be Stored
Depending on the service or connection used, Taxosure may store information such as:
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Facebook, Instagram or Meta account identifiers, where provided through a connected integration.
- Lead form information, enquiry details and service-request messages.
- Business, customer-account and service-connection information.
- Campaign-related metadata or technical information received from a connected platform.
- Communication details, support history and information voluntarily provided by the user.
- Documents or other information required for a Taxosure service, where the user has submitted them.
Taxosure does not intentionally retain unnecessary personal data. The information held depends on the service used, the information submitted and any legal or operational requirement that applies.

- Identify the applicable personal data and connected service records we hold.
- Delete, anonymise or remove applicable data from active systems where legally and technically possible.
- Send confirmation after the applicable work is completed, or explain why some information must remain.
Processing time: Valid deletion requests will generally be processed within 7 to 30 days. The timeframe may depend on the scope of the request, verification, technical dependencies and whether records must be retained for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention or contractual reasons.
Data That May Need to Be Retained
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where required by:
- Applicable law, court process or government/regulatory requirements.

- Legal claims, disputes or evidence preservation.
- Contractual obligations connected with a completed or ongoing service.
Where retention is required, Taxosure will retain only the information and for the period reasonably required for that purpose, and will securely delete or anonymise it when the requirement ends.
Meta/Facebook/Instagram Connected Data
If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account, Meta Business account, Lead Form or another Meta asset with Taxosure, you can request removal of stored Meta-related data through the same deletion process described above.
Deleting data from Taxosure systems does not automatically delete data stored directly by Meta. You may need to manage or delete that data separately through the relevant Facebook, Instagram or Meta account settings and controls.
Revoking Access
Where applicable, you can also revoke Taxosure's access from your Facebook or Meta account settings, including the account's connected apps or Business Integrations controls. Removing access can stop future data access, but it does not by itself delete information already stored by Taxosure. Submit a deletion request as well if you want us to review stored data.
Instagram or Meta may change the names and locations of account controls. Use the current privacy, security or connected-app controls provided in your account rather than sharing credentials with Taxosure.
